Terms of Service

App “Vallett” · Effective date: 01.08.2026 · Provider: INLD LIMITED

This document is provided in English and Montenegrin. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version prevails.

These Terms govern your use of the “Vallett” app (the “App”, the “Service”), provided by INLD LIMITED, Redhill Marina, Ratcliffe-on-Soar, Nottingham, England, NG11 0EB, United Kingdom, registration number 12040493 (Companies House, England and Wales) (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What the Service is — and what it is not

Vallett is an intermediary (a finder service), not a taxi company and not a carrier. We have no cars and no drivers of our own, and no contracts with carriers. What we do is: on your behalf, we message existing taxi companies in Montenegro (over WhatsApp), look for an available car, and tell you the details of the car the company offers.

The transport contract is concluded directly between you (the passenger) and the taxi company. We are not a party to it.

Because we are only an intermediary:

We do not carry out the ride and are not responsible for the ride quality, the driver’s conduct, the condition or safety of the vehicle, the route taken, delays, waiting, or a car that does not arrive.
We do not set the fare. The price is set and metered by the taxi company. We do not control it and do not receive any part of it.
We do not employ, license, vet or supervise the drivers or the taxi companies, and we give no warranty about them.

2. What we promise

We commit to:

make a good-faith effort to contact taxi companies for your order and to honestly report the result back to you — including when no car is found;
pass to the company only the data needed to send a car (pickup address, map point, your landmark), and not to share your name, phone or email with it, as described in our Privacy Policy;
show you the details the company provides for the car assigned to you.

We do not guarantee that a car will always be found, that it will arrive within any particular time, or that any specific company will respond. Availability depends on the taxi companies, not on us.

3. Fees

We may charge a fixed fee for a successful search (i.e. only when we actually find a car for you). During the pilot the Service is free — no fee is charged. We will clearly show any fee in the App before it applies, and we will give notice before introducing fees.

Any fee we may charge is only for the finder service. The ride itself you pay directly to the driver, by the taxi company’s meter. We are not part of that payment and do not process it.

4. Accounts

To use the App you register with your name, phone number and email, confirmed by codes. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the data you provide. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.

5. Placing and cancelling an order

You place an order by entering a pickup point and destination and confirming the request. You may cancel a search at any time before a car is assigned, at no cost. After a car has been assigned, please cancel as early as possible and let the driver or company know — cancellation and any waiting terms after that point are set by the taxi company, not by us. Repeated or abusive cancellations may lead to limits on your use of the Service (see Section 8).

6. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate pickup information and be reachable at the point you specified.
Behave lawfully and respectfully toward drivers and taxi companies.
Do not misuse the App: no automated scraping, no false or spam orders, no attempts to disrupt the Service or to circumvent the data-cleaning that removes contacts from your free text.
Settle the fare directly with the driver as required by the taxi company.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, and given that we are only an intermediary:

We are not liable for anything arising from the ride itself or from the acts or omissions of the taxi company or driver, including safety, delay, no-show, loss of belongings, the fare charged, or any dispute over the ride.
We provide the App “as available” and are not liable for interruptions, or for messenger, map, geocoding or hosting services operated by third parties being unavailable.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights).

If you have a problem with a ride, we will try to help where we reasonably can, but any claim relating to the transport itself is between you and the taxi company.

8. Ratings, reviews and content

You may rate rides and leave a review on a low rating. Keep reviews truthful and lawful; do not post insults, private data of others, or unlawful content. We may use ratings to decide which companies to contact and may remove content that breaches these Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, or stop providing the Service, if you abuse it, break these Terms, or act unlawfully or in a way that harms drivers, companies, other users or us. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see the account-deletion page).

10. Changes

We may change the App and these Terms. The current version is always at https://vallett.me/terms.html. We will notify you of material changes in the App or by email; continuing to use the App after that means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Montenegro, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence give you the right to bring a claim there. Nothing here removes your right to complain to a data-protection authority as described in the Privacy Policy.

Uslovi korišćenja

Ovaj dokument je dat na engleskom i crnogorskom jeziku. U slučaju bilo kakvog neslaganja između dvije verzije, mjerodavna je engleska verzija.

Ovi Uslovi uređuju vaše korišćenje aplikacije „Vallett“ (dalje: „Aplikacija“, „Usluga“), koju pruža INLD LIMITED, Redhill Marina, Ratcliffe-on-Soar, Nottingham, England, NG11 0EB, United Kingdom, registarski broj 12040493 (Companies House, England and Wales) („mi“). Kreiranjem naloga ili korišćenjem Aplikacije prihvatate ove Uslove. Ako se ne slažete, nemojte koristiti Aplikaciju.

1. Šta Usluga jeste — a šta nije

Vallett je posrednik (usluga pronalaženja), a ne taksi služba i ne prevoznik. Nemamo sopstvena vozila ni vozače, niti ugovore sa prevoznicima. Ono što radimo jeste: u vaše ime šaljemo poruke postojećim taksi službama u Crnoj Gori (putem WhatsApp-a), tražimo slobodno vozilo i javljamo vam podatke o vozilu koje služba ponudi.

Ugovor o prevozu se zaključuje neposredno između vas (putnika) i taksi službe. Mi nijesmo strana u tom ugovoru.

Budući da smo samo posrednik:

Ne obavljamo vožnju i ne odgovaramo za kvalitet vožnje, ponašanje vozača, stanje ili bezbjednost vozila, izabranu rutu, kašnjenja, čekanje ili vozilo koje ne dođe.
Ne određujemo cijenu. Cijenu određuje i mjeri taksi služba. Mi je ne kontrolišemo i ne dobijamo nijedan njen dio.
Ne zapošljavamo, ne licenciramo, ne provjeravamo i ne nadziremo vozače ni taksi službe, i ne dajemo nikakvu garanciju u vezi s njima.

2. Šta obećavamo

Obavezujemo se da ćemo:

u dobroj vjeri pokušati da kontaktiramo taksi službe za vašu narudžbu i da vam pošteno javimo rezultat — uključujući i kada vozilo nije pronađeno;
proslijediti službi samo podatke potrebne za slanje vozila (adresa preuzimanja, tačka na mapi, vaš orijentir), a ne dijeliti sa njom vaše ime, telefon ili e-poštu, kako je opisano u našoj Politici privatnosti;
prikazati vam podatke koje služba dostavi za vozilo koje vam je dodijeljeno.

Ne garantujemo da će vozilo uvijek biti pronađeno, da će stići u bilo kom određenom roku, niti da će bilo koja konkretna služba odgovoriti. Dostupnost zavisi od taksi službi, a ne od nas.

3. Naknade

Možemo naplatiti fiksnu naknadu za uspješnu pretragu (tj. samo kada vam zaista pronađemo vozilo). Tokom pilot-perioda Usluga je besplatna — naknada se ne naplaćuje. Svaku naknadu jasno ćemo prikazati u Aplikaciji prije nego što se primijeni, i najaviti je prije uvođenja.

Svaka naknada koju eventualno naplatimo odnosi se isključivo na uslugu pronalaženja. Samu vožnju plaćate direktno vozaču, po taksimetru taksi službe. Mi ne učestvujemo u toj naplati i ne obrađujemo je.

4. Nalozi

Za korišćenje Aplikacije registrujete se imenom, brojem telefona i e-poštom, uz potvrdu kodovima. Odgovorni ste za bezbjednost svojih pristupnih podataka i za tačnost podataka koje dostavljate. Za korišćenje Aplikacije morate imati najmanje 16 godina (ili uzrast digitalnog pristanka u vašoj državi).

5. Naručivanje i otkazivanje

Narudžbu pravite unošenjem mjesta preuzimanja i odredišta i potvrdom zahtjeva. Pretragu možete otkazati u svakom trenutku prije nego što je vozilo dodijeljeno, bez troška. Nakon što je vozilo dodijeljeno, otkažite što je ranije moguće i obavijestite vozača ili službu — uslove otkazivanja i eventualnog čekanja nakon tog trenutka određuje taksi služba, a ne mi. Učestala ili zloupotrebljavajuća otkazivanja mogu dovesti do ograničenja korišćenja Usluge (vidi tačku 8).

6. Vaše obaveze

Dajte tačne podatke o mjestu preuzimanja i budite dostupni na tački koju ste naveli.
Ponašajte se zakonito i s poštovanjem prema vozačima i taksi službama.
Ne zloupotrebljavajte Aplikaciju: bez automatskog prikupljanja podataka, bez lažnih ili spam narudžbi, bez pokušaja ometanja Usluge ili zaobilaženja čišćenja podataka koje uklanja kontakte iz vašeg slobodnog teksta.
Cijenu vožnje izmirite direktno sa vozačem, kako zahtijeva taksi služba.

7. Ograničenje odgovornosti

U mjeri dozvoljenoj važećim pravom, i s obzirom na to da smo samo posrednik:

Ne odgovaramo za bilo šta što proistekne iz same vožnje ili iz radnji odnosno propusta taksi službe ili vozača, uključujući bezbjednost, kašnjenje, nedolazak, gubitak stvari, naplaćenu cijenu ili bilo koji spor oko vožnje.
Aplikaciju pružamo „u dostupnom stanju“ i ne odgovaramo za prekide, niti za nedostupnost servisa za razmjenu poruka, mapa, geokodiranja ili hostinga kojima upravljaju treća lica.
Ništa u ovim Uslovima ne ograničava odgovornost koja se po važećem pravu ne može ograničiti (npr. za namjeru ili grubu nepažnju, ili vaša obavezna potrošačka prava).

Ako imate problem sa vožnjom, pokušaćemo da pomognemo koliko razumno možemo, ali svaki zahtjev u vezi sa samim prevozom je između vas i taksi službe.

8. Ocjene, recenzije i sadržaj

Možete ocjenjivati vožnje i ostaviti recenziju pri niskoj ocjeni. Recenzije neka budu istinite i zakonite; ne objavljujte uvrede, tuđe lične podatke ili nezakonit sadržaj. Ocjene možemo koristiti pri odluci koje službe kontaktirati i možemo ukloniti sadržaj koji krši ove Uslove.

9. Obustava i raskid

Možemo obustaviti ili ukinuti vaš pristup, ili prestati da pružamo Uslugu, ako je zloupotrebljavate, kršite ove Uslove ili postupate nezakonito ili na način koji šteti vozačima, službama, drugim korisnicima ili nama. Aplikaciju možete prestati da koristite i obrisati nalog u svakom trenutku (vidi stranicu za brisanje naloga).

10. Izmjene

Aplikaciju i ove Uslove možemo mijenjati. Važeća verzija je uvijek na https://vallett.me/terms.html. O bitnim izmjenama obavijestićemo vas u Aplikaciji ili e-poštom; nastavak korišćenja Aplikacije nakon toga znači da prihvatate ažurirane Uslove.

11. Mjerodavno pravo i sporovi

Na ove Uslove primjenjuje se pravo Crne Gore. Sporovi se rješavaju pred nadležnim sudovima Crne Gore, osim ako vam obavezna pravila o zaštiti potrošača vaše države boravka daju pravo da pokrenete postupak tamo. Ništa ovdje ne uskraćuje vam pravo na pritužbu organu za zaštitu podataka kako je opisano u Politici privatnosti.
